2023 Pink Up Penrith Raffle Results

Congratulations to this very worthy recipient, who decided to support our Pink Up Penrith raffle after her own battle with breast cancer in 2020.

The mother of four is currently in remission and donated in order to give back to those who helped with her treatment.

She didn't expect to win, but was very excited when she got the call. She said she's grateful for all the other entrants who helped make this year's impressive contribution possible.

“Thank you for donating to such a worthy cause because I know just how much it means.”

The York Jewellers community raised $5035.00 for the McGrath Foundation through the campaign, bringing the total amount donated since 2020 to over $15,000.

About Our 2023 Pink Up Penrith Raffle:

As the Penrith community paints the town pink in support of the McGrath Foundation, York Jewellers are raising funds for this worthy cause by raffling an appropriately rosy Pink Caviar Pendant.

Valued at $2,299 AUD, it features an 18 carat white and rose gold double halo pendant with a claw set round brilliant cut diamond, 16 round brilliant cut light pink diamonds, and a further 20 round brilliant cut diamonds set on a halo surround. It also comes with an 18 carat white gold Italian solid oval link chain valued at $569.

About 'Pink Up Penrith'

Since 2018 the McGrath Foundation's Pink Up Penrith campaign has worked to raise awareness of breast cancer and support those affected.

Previous community initiatives and fundraisers, including York Jewellers', have attracted over $45,000 in donations, fostered awareness for breast cancer, and even facilitated additional breast care nurses for the Nepean Hospital. From diagnosis to treatment, these nurses have assisted individuals and their families completely free of charge and without the need for a referral.
